The Essential Ten (through March 12)

During this 45-minute Essential Ten workout, you will sing ten types of vocal exercise that work the full voice. You’ll be guided through full-length versions of all-new exercises from each of the ten categories (e.g., onset, high stretch, and diction), to exercise your voice from bottom to top, and to develop different fundamental skills (e.g., agility and dynamic control).

Because it is Breath Month at Co-Vo (January 2026), every exercise in this workout will focus on a key concept in breath support for singers.
